Make this delicious Indo-Chinese restaurant style soup recipe in a simple, quick and easy method, that also serves as a great appetiser, at your home and share your experience with us in the comments below. <br />Ingredients:- <br />200 gm boneless chicken breast chopped <br />2 tbsp oil <br />3 tbsp ginger-green chilly crushed <br />10- 15 cloves of chopped garlic <br />1/4 cup chopped assorted bell peppers <br />1/3 cup carrots, chopped <br />1/3 cup green cabbage, chopped <br />2 tbsp light soy sauce <br />Salt and pepper as required <br />3 cups water for chicken stock <br />2 tbsp corn flour <br />1 egg <br />3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves <br />1/2 chicken stock cube optional <br />1/2 cup fried noodles <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />In a pot of cold water add in chicken breast, carrots, garlic, salt, chicken stock cube and cook for 12-15 minutes. <br />Once cooked, skim the impurities risen on the top and blanch the noodles in the stock and partially boil them. <br />Shallow fry the noodles in the oil until crisp and keep aside. <br />In the same oil add ginger-green chilli crush, garlic, chopped vegetables and stir fry them. <br />Then add the chicken stock, soy sauce, salt, pepper and boil on high flame. <br />Shred the chicken breast and add it to the boiling soup. <br />Beat an egg and add it to the soup followed by corn flour slurry as a thickener. <br />Finally, add coriander leaves and delicious hot Chicken Manchow Soup is ready to serve! <br />HAPPY COOKING!!!
